Notice:
All of the rules/changes in this revision of the Marshals' Handbook
are effective immediately; i.e. if you conform to them, you're legal
and OK.
Kingdoms
who currently allow non-contact archers and scouts have until
Aug. 1, 2007 to phase them out or to train/reauthorize these
combatants as full-contact participants.
The Kingdom of Lochac will have until Aug. 1, 2008 to comply.
